Before contacting us

Please include your app version (Settings → About), your device model, and a description of what you were doing when the problem happened. If it's a visual issue, a screenshot helps a lot.

Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap Forgot password? on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that provider to sign in — there is no separate password to reset.

How do I delete my account?

In the app go to Settings → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, see our account deletion page for instructions.

Will you add product X?

Our product database grows continuously. If something's missing, you can request it from inside the app (Scanner → Can't find your product? → Request). We review submissions regularly.

Is my data private?

Yes. We do not sell data, do not use advertising trackers, and do not share your photos or journal with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and why.

Is the app available on iPad / Android tablets?

The app is optimized for phones. It runs on tablets but the layout is phone-sized. Native tablet support is on the roadmap.

How accurate is the skin analysis?

Skin analysis uses computer vision and AI to estimate visible conditions from your selfie. It is not a medical diagnosis. If you have a persistent skin concern, please see a dermatologist.

How do I report a security issue?

Please email security@knowyourskin.app with details and steps to reproduce. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge your report promptly.
